Direct Support Professional (DSP) Training
Prepare for a career as a Direct Support Professional. Enrollment is open to currently employed DSP personnel and those who are in the process of becoming a vendor provider. This class meets the State of California training requirements for working with regional centers and community care licensed group home facilities that serve individuals with developmental disabilities. Courses meet eligibility requirements to earn Continuing Education Units (CEU).
- 35 hour course covered in 12 sessions (last day is 2 hours)
- Challenge testing available (see schedule)
- Must have picture ID and vendor number on first day of course
